JustRelate acquires Bmobile/Dartagnan to expand DXP product portfolio and European market position
JustRelate Group, a leading provider of a powerful and holistic "digital experience platform" (DXP), has acquired French Bmobile with its innovative email builder Dartagnan.
The JustRelate Group, which was formed in 2020 through the merger of Infopark AG with PiSA sales GmbH initiated by BID Equity, offers its customers a wide range of solutions for sales, marketing and customer relationship management. The product portfolio includes a state-of-the-art Content Management System (CMS), a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution as well as other tools for marketing and e-commerce.
Through the acquisition of Bmobile, founded in 2013 by Christine Richard, JustRelate adds a cutting-edge solution to its marketing automation product portfolio. The Dartagnan email builder enables marketing teams to create innovative, fully compatible email campaigns with just a few clicks. Dartagnan is used in over 30 countries by well-known brands for international email marketing, making it a perfect fit for the JustRelate Group, which is focused on enterprise customers operating worldwide.
