Acquisition of Patronis and TTS: BID Equity-backed myneva group expands its footprint in Austria and in the Netherlands
The BID Equity-backed myneva Group announces that at the beginning of the year it acquired software provider Patronis Software GmbH from Linz, Austria and the Dutch elderly care software vendor “TTS – Technology To Serve”.
myneva Group continues its European expansion course of the past year. The acquisition of TTS is par-ticularly interesting from a market perspective, as the specialist for elderly care will enable myneva to better address this market market segment in the Netherlands. By acquiring Patronis myneva will afurther strengthen its market-leading position in Austria.
