TEAMBOX and helloHQ join forces

HQLabs, 25 Aug 2022

The Austrian intevo.websolutions GmbH ("intevo") from Vienna joins forces with the German HQLabs GmbH ("HQLabs") from Hamburg (together "the group"). BID Equity is thus continuing the development of its new professional services software platform.

intevo is the Swiss market leader among agencies with its web-based ERP solution "TEAMBOX" and also has a very strong market position in Austria and Germany. The product is characterized by its broad functionality, a high degree of customizability and multilingualism and is focused on serving the needs of complex and demanding customers. In addition to project and resource planning across different clients and locations, the software includes customer relationship management, tools for administration and time recording, reporting modules and an integrated project communication hub.

The acquisition of intevo enables the new group to offer a modern product portfolio for agencies of all sizes and thus provide customers with development options from a single source, also in the event of changing requirements. The intevo team will contribute its extensive experience from many years of cooperation with the most complex agency customers.

Along with the formation of the new group, a joint management team is also established under the leadership of the new CEO, Bodo Braun. "I am very excited to join forces with the teams of HQLabs and intevo to develop a new software platform and create a new value-added offering for our clients. The founders Martin Reitbauer-Ortner and Michael Schachinger, who have successfully developed intevo for more than 20 years, will stay on board as intevo’s managing directors to ensure continuity and the successful group integration.
