BID Equity Fund II announces the acquisition of CRM vendor PiSA sales GmbH to strengthen the recently acquired Infopark Group
BID Equity Fund II, a fund advised by BID Equity, announces the acquisition of Berlin-based PiSA sales GmbH, a leading vendor of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software.
Software from PiSA is used by more than 500 mid-market and large industrial companies. The applications are part of a software stack to optimize business-critical sales, marketing and custo-mer service processes.
The entry of BID Equity and the cooperation with Infopark will significantly enhance PiSA’s market reach and expand the product portfolio with solutions to digitize sales activities of mid-market manufacturing businesses. By combining the two Berlin-based companies, BID Equity lays the foundation for a fast-growing, sales technology focused software group, which will pursue further acquisitions to complement the product range and fast-track internationalization.
