myneva Group acquires SWING to further strengthen its market-leading position in the social software sector

BID Equity portfolio firm myneva Group acquires software provider SWING Gesellschaft für EDV-Systemlösungen mbH headquartered in Freiburg (Brsg) and Sursee (Switzerland).

SWING has been successful since 1994 serving more than 1,100 customers mainly in southern Germany and Switzerland today. The company will become part of the international myneva Group, where it will strengthen the product range for outpatient and complex care providers.

myneva Group has meanwhile become a top 3 software provider for the social sector. Its umbrella brand myneva unites software solutions for elderly care, child and youth welfare, healthcare and social assistance. With more than 220 employees, myneva is the only provider that offers its innovative software solutions throughout the DACH and Benelux regions.
