The software focuses on project control and management, accounting and resource planning, uniform document management across projects, and comprehensive controlling and management tools. Wiesbaden-based Widemann Systeme GmbH complements the Group's product portfolio with CAD and GIS solutions for urban, landscape and traffic route planning in public administration. The integration of Widemann will build a digital bridge between planners and public authorities. With the participation of BID Equity, the new group of companies aims to drive digitalization for all stakeholders.

Together with BID Equity, the management plans to further scale Kobold’s business domestically and internationally. The acquisition of untermStrich realized the first internationalization to Austria. As a central step, building out the got-to-market organization will be advancing the companies cloud solution to fully match the enterprise version. In particular, BID Equity will support the group’s management in the following areas:
